Online grocery shopping at persianbazzar.com is for your ease and convenience.
We are sure you and your family will love our products! However, if you are not satisfied, let us know and we will try to make you happy by either a replacement or refund.
Items can be returned within seven (7) days of receiving date for a refund or exchange.
No refund or exchange after seven (7)days from the date you receive the product.
Items must be returned in the original manufacture's packaging.
There is NO refund or exchange for opened items. NO EXCEPTION

If you receive a damaged or defective perishable item, please email Customer Service at; Talktome@persianbazzar.com with the following information:

  • Order number for the item
  • Date of arrival
  • Condition of item at time of arrival
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Whether you want a refund or replacement

If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, please email us right away. You will be sent a Return Code (includes Order number) together with a Return Label. Please put the Return Code inside the package and attach the Return Label outside the package and send it to us.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

IMPORTANT INFO:

• Refund is only in the same form of payment used for the purchase. For example, if the item was purchased with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same card.
• We only accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express with either debit or credit card.
• We do not refund shipping costs unless the item was damagedbefore it was receivedor the buyer received the wrong item.

*No returns on perishable items unless they are not opened, or they are damaged on delivery. * Customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

In the event that you are returning perishable food items to us, they must be returned within 48 hours of your receiving the merchandise. All other items must be returned within 7 days of your receiving them.

We Do Not:
Refund or exchange products that have expired, if they have expired while in your possession.
Give credit card refunds without the Return Code that we will send you via Email.
Accept PayPal or check.

Damaged Items Return:
We will accept returns if an item was damaged during shipping. Any item(s) returned must be returned with original invoice and original box (or packing material). We reserve the right to reject any refund if an item was damaged intentionally or if a different item was returned.
Exchange:
* Items cannot be exchanged with any other item. Defective or damaged items will be exchanged for the same item.
* It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive the item back.
